Winter is coming and our rhythm is slowing down. In this online workshop I will explain the effect of seasonal cycles on our biological rhythm. I will also discuss the effect of sun and moon cycles and longer nights on our body's rhythm, I will present scientific data on how to strengthen our health in the upcoming winter days.
